Fundraising payment problems

• Added pills that show if a fundraiser have been created in tyest or live mode (NEUROP-657)
• After payment is possible to view listed only fundraisers that have same test/live mode as the payment itself (NEUROP-657)
• Blocked fundraiser creation and editing to only currencies presents as digital accounts for the company (NEUROP-657)
• Fixed payment problems with Stripe (NEUROP-657)

QuickPayment and Checkout

• Added in System Admin tables possibility to select via cog "Fee" field and filter it (NEUROP-645)

Redesign payment view

• Changed way to show banner both in settings and payment view
