Pricelist

• Added in create/edit possibility to specify if the pricelist is for a single currency or for ALL (NEUROP-635)
• For SwedBank Pay the valid pricelists are "Others" with "corporate" as card type, if not have the system default pricelist are assumed (NEUROP-635)
