Customer add card

• Due to issues when moving customers from Paiwise Default to Paiwise standard, particular customers was not moved. This is resolved by creating a copy of the customer when the save card page is opened if the customer still persist on the old account. This patch will fix the issues experienced for some customers saving their cards.
